They're meant to be shown only when you select the corresponding type in the Type box. The labels for those boxes have the same title so it may confuse people, Thanks Fishy, I'll fix it later. On the 'Add new field' page there are 3 'Values' boxes (it might just be on my site). I found that the second box works fine so every thing is working properly otherwise. I think i found a minor bug.
